It was cold. It was icy. It also started raining about 30 minutes after we arrived. BUT, Mel + Gavin were troopers and we still managed to capture some magical photos. I HIGHLY recommend this dreamy spot for couples/engagement sessions during any season. I could only imagine how gorgeous it would look in the fall with all the pretty colors!
We stopped at two different outlooks for these photos and also took some on the hiking trail. The first outlook we stopped at was only about a 10 minute walk from the parking area and it was GORGEOUS. The view was absolutely amazing. This is the area I would recommend sessions at since it’s not far from the parking area. The second outlook was definitely a lot further… probably about a 35-40 minute walk from the parking area (one way). The view was definitely pretty, but honestly I think the view from the first outlook was just as good!
Overall, this place and this session was everything I had envisioned (besides the rain) annnnnd you should definitely book a session here if you are engaged or just want some dreamy couple photos 🙂
